Okay, so I got all of these correct. Sue me.

Online banking
Is it a bad sign when your bank doesn’t appear to be online anymore, pings go nowhere (from my machine and from places like Domaintools as well), and it’s all around just “gone.” Ugh.

Hey Jason – delete key in Gmail!
Just caught this post on Lifehacker, and it’s almost scary to me that the first thing that came to mind was how happy Jason Calacanis would be. Somehow, I remembered this post from WAY back in 2005, where he was asking for the “T” key to trash things. It’s the pound key, if you have keyboard shortcuts on, but close enough, right?

Tickets for….
I can’t top the title that David Singer has for this entry about a craigslist posting he came across on the Hockeyfights.com forums, where someone is offering, ahem, “personal services” for some hockey tickets.
Go figure.

And it doesn’t smell like socks
About two years ago, I bought a pair of Reef Fanning sandals, named after Mick Fanning, which came with a nice little key in the sole to open “soda” with while on the go. I’ve still got ‘em, and will probably pick up another pair this summer. Or, maybe I’ll pick up the new Reef Dram sandals, which Thrillist points out to us this morning. Wow. Just wow.

Griffey to right, says Fox
I’m not the only one who finds it mildly amusing when this story from MSNBC says that Fox is reporting that Ken Griffey, Jr. may be moving to right for the Reds, am I?

Cliches for the rest of us
Check out this item from a couple of weeks ago from Defective Yeti, showing what the “old” cliches were, and what should be replacing them. I gotta say, I have a small place in my heart for “Back to world 1-1″ taking the place of “Back to square one.”

OMG, Rush?
Thilk is psyched that the new Rush album is reportedly hitting the streets on May 1. Chris, why must you wander that way? I once got into a discussion with this guy Joe in high school about how I thought they were frustratingly annoying and so overrated. He sat there telling me about how many times per song they could change time, blah blah blah. I swear I should have done the “I’m not listening, I’m not listening, I’m not listening” thing, because that would have saved me from hearing him just rave and rave about this group that makes me want to slice off my ears and tear out the working parts in my head.
Good luck with that, dude.
