Vick’s dogs
I had been meaning to post about this and it was sitting in my inbox for some time now, so now’s as good a time as any. A little over a week ago, Brittney Gilbert posted an item on KPIX / CBS 5’s Eye on Blogs about a blog that’s doing something positive after the disaster that was the Michael Vick dogfighting situation. She points to VicksDogsBlog, which features photos and “commentary” from the dogs who survived, and shows what they’re doing now.
It’s one of the better things I’ve seen a blog used for, and is a great example in that it incorporates multimedia, focuses on moving forward, and is actually enjoyable to keep tabs on.
Good job, Brittney, posting that from your tipster, and I’ll be subscribing and reading this blog going forward.
