Just install that CommenTwitter plugin and let ‘er rip! I was halfway considering Disqus or Intense Debate for the same effect, plus the way those track retweets with the post URL; but I’m not there yet, and I don’t like outsourcing blog feedback anyway.
Where’s that Gomes link? Sounds like it only reinforces the old joke about how to tell when a flack is lying to you (“when their mouth is open”)…
