Props to Darren for retweeting about this extra awesome video that shows what the intro to “Tron” might have been, were it created by Saul Bass. Bass, if you’re not familiar, was responsible for everything from AT&T’s “globe” logo to film title sequences ranging from “Casino” to “Doc Hollywood,” and a healthy heaping of “Spartacus” and “Big” for good measure.
In two words, this is simply awesome. And that’s with the accent on both words.
