In today’s links, we’ve got food groups, new music, pizza box improvements, new Apple products, and what your email address and credit score together say about you.

There’s a new Young Jeezy track. Go listen.

There’s a new Rihanna single out. Buzzworthy compares it to “mid-period Massive Attack.” Go listen.

Could it be that someone has, in 2009, created the next great pizza box?

Apple releases new Magic Mouse. Coincidentally, $69 leaves the pockets of thousands and thousands of Americans.

The Milwaukee Brewers have named Rick Peterson their new pitching coach. In related news, the New York Mets still suck and wonder what happened to their pitching staff. Willie Randolph just laughs.

Delaware is getting a state park! In other news, it still only takes 15 minutes to drive through the state on I-95 if you have EZPass.

Your tax dollars at work. Kids need to eat more vegetables and take in less calories. Hey, does this mean that ketchup will finally become a vegetable?

This comparison of credit scores and their respective owners’ email address domains is more than amusing, and proves that there is indeed a statistic for everything.

I am an employee with [company redacted] and wanted to see if I could get the “Reply to All” buttom removed from my colleagues e-mail systems. As you can see from the e-mail below along with HUNDREDS of other examples, they cannot be trusted with this feature.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience how to remove this before I punch myself in the face.

Thank you very much.

Head on over there and share your thoughts, but I’ve gotta say that I’m pretty notorious for doing this, although The Girlfriend and I have attempted to get ourselves to a point that if we’re out to dinner and trying to relax and chat, that once we’ve ordered, we don’t really go there. That works a lot at home, too, especially if you manage to turn off the blinky light on your BlackBerry so you’re not seeing it across the room.

What about you? Are you a dinnertime email checker?

Okay, so I got this email this morning from Macy’s, a while after having ordered something for a friend’s wedding. As you can probably guess, I was a little thrown off by the date at which Macy’s was saying the product would finally ship.

After calling customer service, I was informed that the “9999″ in the year field was just because the fine folks at Joyce Chen hadn’t given them a firm ship date for the products to get to Macy’s, so that’s the nomenclature that falls into the field. Now I know that this might be the case, and it only took one phone call to clear this up, but wouldn’t most people be dumbfounded by a date like that in place of something else, even a “TBD” or “within 90 days?”
